They’re the best! We moved into a new house and had problem after problem with the boiler and hot water heater. They came out numerous times, sometimes very urgently, one time unnecessarily, but always making sure I was taken care of. Their billing is more than fair, their techs are professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and Michele in the office is absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Given the peak heating season and staff shortages, I expected a long delay in getting service. Premier’s response time was reasonable and all of the phone calls were patient and professional. My technician diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repair. I would highly recommend Premier Heating!

This company has always exceeded expectations. Mike has always been able to fix any issues with our boiler system and fireplace. An issue with our fireplace pilot and delayed parts (due to COVID) found Michelle scouring to find an alternative and, it was fixed today. They have always met or exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Arrive home late Friday evening to no furnace. One quick call to Premier and Saturday we are back up and running by 10 am. Thank you so much! Always excellent service and extremely fair costs for labor and materials.
